Hampton Inn & Suites East Hartford

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, free parking, and a convenient 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped with currency exchange during my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I had quiet, immaculate room complete with a couch and king bed, for instance. The venue's position was remote.

The room was clean and bright with updated features, the breakfast was healthy. I was offered a very very good breakfast with varieties. The accommodation had a remote location very close to convention center.

I enjoyed my stay while competing in a volleyball tournament. The room was spacious and had both a fridge and a microwave, practical for my daughter and me. The breakfast options were plentiful and well stocked. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of the location just a short drive from the venue.

The concept of the Hampton Inn & Suites is perfect for me. The rooms are nice and I really enjoy the freshness of the beds.

The location requires a bit of travel to reach dining options, and the internet connection was occasionally spotty.

Clean room and beds!

Nothing the Staff could do, but the pool was loud and unrelaxing.

This was the best business suite we have ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included in the price) was gourmet in every respect. Room was clean, spacious, and updated. I would recommend this inn to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

Suggestion would be to include a few paper plates and plastic ware to the kitchen area for those who want to use the microwave to heat up a leftover restaurant entree. Also, the street name is not readily visible. Talk to the city to try to get the sign back up so we can find your street. Thanks!

ideal spot for exploring art museums and enjoying parks

Being just a short walk from the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art and Dunkin' Donuts Park made my city strolls more fun as I discovered new favorite spots in the area.

Excellent, clean, friendly service. Awesome continental breakfast. Large room free wifi and excellent amenities. In hotel tuck shop a bonus!

Design is very nice, breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

We booked a room with two queen beds. One of them looked as if the sheets had not been changed. They were significantly more wrinkled than the other bed and we found three long human hairs and what appeared to be food crumbs on the bottom sheet. It took some effort, but we finally got our room changed. After that we were a bit uncomfortable about the rest of our stay.
